Technical appendix: current and historical replay
Supplied site limit 1000 kW; site load 300 kW; reserve 120 kW. The historical arithmetic was 1,000 - 300 - 120 = 580 kW, capped by the supplied 250 kW battery ceiling. The meter was 420 kW: the 120 kW disagreement exceeds the strict 100 kW threshold. Historical weighted scoring allowed AVAILABLE and 250 kW. The committed conflict gate now returns OFFLINE_UNKNOWN and defers the request.
The normal corrected fixture uses matching 300 kW readings; this replay deliberately preserves the original conflict. Both measurements are assumed comparable only for this simulation. No arbitrary discount is applied.

Software verification uses simulated records. Real-site applicability and external engineering review remain to be established. A finding is not a capacity certification, future-availability promise or revenue guarantee.
The supported equipment arrangement
One grid-connected site, one battery and one already-running No. 2-D diesel generator with an isolated, closed-return tank. Equipment facts, profiles, limits and permissions must be evidenced.
Export, startup, islanding, refueling, multiple assets, automatic dispatch and source-specific charging attribution are outside this method. A passing finite window does not establish repeatability or firm capacity.
